It is our goal that whether our organization exist or not, the foundation we set will remain through echelons of the communities and population we impact.OMFF insists that a country’s healthcare foundation and development are universal development imperatives that are integral to human survival and is the key to addressing public health issues.OMFF mobilizes human will and material resources to help countries, particularly developing countries, ensure a health equity and to build their capacity to form appropriate policies and deliver services for county and communities. OMFF is committed to providing disaster assistance to decrease public health issues including pandemics and epidemics. OMFF responds in emergencies to help those in need. OMFF makes its unique and highly expertise staff in the field of public health available for rapid response. OMFF is non-partisan and its cooperation is free of discrimination. In everything it does, the most disadvantaged communities and the countries in greatest need have priority. OMFF aims, through its programmes, to promote the health equity and decrease health disparities and to support community efforts and full participation in the, social, economical, behavioral and developmental upliftment of their own communities.
