Help - Create an Account

In order to register your charity with the NM Attorney General's Office, you must create a user account. All fields are required.

Please ensure you enter your correct e-mail address. You must confirm your e-mail address by responding to an e-mail after you create your account. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, login to the website and follow the instructions on the screen.

If you are an agent who will be registering multiple charities, select yes for Agent question. You will be able to add FEINs for registration once you are logged in to the application.

NOTE - Only one user can manage a FEIN / Charity Organization. If you are unable to create an account for a FEIN, contact the registrar at (505) 717-3500, option 4 or ask for the Charities Division.
